Copyright respect
AdPromptly respects intellectual property rights. Users should only upload images and content they own, created, licensed, or have permission to use.
Submitting a DMCA notice
If you believe material available through AdPromotely.site infringes your copyright, send a notice that identifies the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, the URL or location of the material, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
Required statements
A complete notice should include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. It should also include your physical or electronic signature.
Counter notices
If content is removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint, the affected user may submit a counter notice where permitted by law. A counter notice should identify the removed material, explain why the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and include required legal statements and contact information.
Repeat infringement
We may restrict access, block uploads, or take other action against users or usage patterns associated with repeat infringement, abuse, or unlawful content.
AI-generated content and ownership
